Rates, Terms & Conditions

Rates for house based on up to 6 people sharing.
All prices include linen, water, gas and electricity (a heating surcharge applies during the months of November to December and January to March). A £50 cleaning charge is also applicable.

Beach towels are not included.

Facilities include; TV plus radio channels. DVD. Mini hi-fi systems with radio, CD, tape player in living area and each bedroom.

Good quality Wi-Fi internet is available at an additional cost of £20 for one week and £10 for each additional week (for longer periods a reduction will apply)

Fully equipped kitchen; fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron. Hair dryers in all bedrooms. Three patio/terrace areas each with table and chairs all with sea views. Built-in terrace barbecue. Shared swimming pool (less than 1 minute walk from house). La Herradura beach five minutes' drive. Detailed information folder in the house.
