Rental rates for 2011/12
Rates for house based on up to 6 people sharing
All rates include linen, water and electricity (a surcharge applies during the months of November, December, January and February). Beach towels are not included.
Facilities include; Satellite TV plus radio channels. DVD. Mini hi-fi systems with radio, CD, tape player in living area and each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen; fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron. Hair dryers in all bedrooms. Three patio/terrace areas each with table and chairs all with sea views. Built in terrace BBQ. Shared swimming pool (less than 1 minute walk from house). La Herradura beach five minutes drive. Detailed information folder in the house.
